As caterers we deal with a variety of venues ranging from private homes to larger ones such as mansions, churches, even arinas such as the Patriot Center and the First Mariner Arena.
Some of these venues stand out to us due to the either the nature of the facility or the staff that helps run it -- more often than not a bit of both. We decided to start listing some of the places that we've enjoyed working at -- because if we find it enjoyable and easy to work at a particular venue, more often than not it will mean your event will go that much smoother.
