Staffing Philosophy Our staff pitches in wherever they are needed. In other words, the bartender does not just remain behind the bar but helps out the chef and servers and when the bartender needs assistance the rest of the crew pitches in. We also take pride in leaving a site or venue cleaner than when we arrived.

We have a professional bartenders ready to make your event a success. They are well versed in all the standard drinks as well as the more esoteric -- and if they don't know it they are more than willing to learn... if the ingredients are available.
Whether they are needed for setup or breakdown, serving or bussing, cutting the cake or assisting in food preparation, our professional group of servers will take the burden of producing an event off your shoulders. They pitch it in and help when and where they are needed.
