Personal Chef Services

The Culinary Insider provides Personal Chef Services to a number of clients. There are two types of Personal Chef Services available:

  • Standard
  • Fitness & health


Standard Personal Chef Services

A lot of people have very busy lives and haven't the time to prepare good hearty meals for themselves and/or their families. We can either come into your kitchen and prepare a meal for you or have all the meals delivered to your home (no, these aren't TV dinners).

Depending on your needs and requirements we can provide this as a one-time service or on a set frequency: monthly, weekly, every other day. You decide.

We will sit down with you and plan out a menu or series of menus that fit your needs as well as your budget.


Fitness & Health Personal Chef Services

Culinary Insider works with you to help accelerate the achievement of personal fitness goals by providing a healthy food alternatives. Years of clinical research have shown that the synergy of a sound nutritional plan and well rounded exercise program is the key to a proper wellness program.

Sample Monthly 4-Day Dinner Menus

These are menus designed for the working couple. The menus cover dinner Monday through Thursday since it is assumed that Friday through Sunday is the weekend and people are not as busy as during the regular week.

    How does the program work?

    We provide clients with healthy meals. And that is key to staying on track and achieving their health and fitness objectives.

    Is food prepared daily?

    What's the point of eating food that isn't fresh? Insider meals are prepared each morning in our kitchen by our Chefs. This ensures that each meal is fresh and delicious when it is delivered.

    How often is food delivered?

    Since our meals are prepared locally every day, we can deliver them to clients each morning in time for breakfast. Providing fresh, healthy meals at the start of the day helps to ensure that our clients eat healthy throughout the entire day and don't skip meals or substitute a healthy meal with a quick snack.

    Can ingredients be substituted to accommodate allergies or tastes?

    Each client fills out a general information survey when they start the program to alert the kitchen and training staff of any allergies or health concerns. We also know that everyone has different tastes. To accommodate personal preferences, ingredients can be substituted or deleted from meals at no charge.

    I like to eat breakfast at home, do I have to order all four meals a day?

    We pride ourselves in the flexibility of our program. You may order as many as four meals per day or 5 dinners a week.
