
Ordering
Customer Service is available at 301-873-8913 to take your order or to answer any questions Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. You may also fax in your order to 703-904-1771. If you have any questions email us at anytime at info@culinaryinsider.com. Please allow at least 48 hours notice when placing orders; however, we will do our best to accommodate your last minute catering needs.
Delivery
The Culinary Insider delivers within the Dulles Corridor area. Dependent on the time of the delivery, there might be a charge for downtown Washington, and possibly an additional charge for return pickup of equipment. For deliveries outside Metropolitan Washington, delivery charge will be based per mile.
Deposits
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm an event. Balance is COD. The minimum order is $100.00.
Payments
The Culinary Insider accepts cash, checks and all major credit cards.

Corporate Accounts are also available. Accounts are billed net 10, interest of 18% annually will be charged on all outstanding invoices beyond 30 days.
Gratuities
Gratuities for setup and/or event staff are certainly appreciated but are in no way expected.
Cancellations
A one week notice is required for cancellation of a large event with no charge to the client. Less than one week notice will result in a 50% fee of the total estimated cost. Last minute orders are subject to a 50% fee on the day of the event.
Important Note: Events that cancel during peak dates (Christmas Holidays & May/June Wedding seasons) will not receive their deposits back. This is due to the fact that we had to hold the date for your event where we could have booked additional business.
Taxes
Local Sales tax will be added to all orders.
Equipment
The Culinary Insider offers a full line of disposables as well as chafing dishes. Please ask us for pricing information on additional equipment.
