PRIVATE COOKING INSTRUCTION/LESSONS Anne provides private instruction to interested students. This instruction can be one-on-one or with a small group. After all, sometimes it's more fun to take lessons with friends. Classes are generally held in a student's home as a familiar environment helps facilitate teaching as well as the retention of skills and techniques. This instruction can range from a series of basic classes to more advanced classes. It all depends on a student's skill level and what he or she would like to learn. Please keep in mind that skill is very important in determining the scope and type of instruction.
