PRIVATE COOKING INSTRUCTION/LESSONS Anne provides private instruction to interested students. This instruction can be one-on-one or with a small group. After all, sometimes it's more fun to take lessons with friends. Classes are generally held in a student's home as a familiar environment helps facilitate teaching as well as the retention of skills and techniques. This instruction can range from a series of basic classes to more advanced classes. It all depends on a student's skill level and what he or she would like to learn. Please keep in mind that skill is very important in determining the scope and type of instruction. After all, one cannot make a souffle right off the bat--you have to have a certain skill set to begin with.
