Anne Steinbach, the Insider's Executive Chef, loves to teach cooking. She has taught children from grade school through to high school in after-school programs, as well as adults in more formal culinary schools and programs.
Besides giving private instruction, Anne is presently teaching culinary arts for Classes, Etc., Fairfax County Virginia's Adult & Community Education Program. One of the largest and finest Adult Education programs in the country, ACE has an annual enrollment of over 60,000 adults in their evening and weekend education programs.
