TAM YAM SOUP

Ingredients

  • 48 oz chicken stock
  • 4 teaspoons ginger root, chopped finely
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 3 Tablespoons Tam Yam paste
  • 1 lb finely chopped chicken breast
  • Oil to sauté chicken


Technique

  • Saute chicken and when done add tam yam paste and mix well.
  • Deglaze pan with some of the chicken stock.
  • Add all ingredients together in a pot and bring to a boil and serve.
