TAM YAM SOUP
Ingredients
- 48 oz chicken stock
- 4 teaspoons ginger root, chopped finely
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 3 Tablespoons Tam Yam paste
- 1 lb finely chopped chicken breast
- Oil to sauté chicken
Technique
- Saute chicken and when done add tam yam paste and mix well.
- Deglaze pan with some of the chicken stock.
- Add all ingredients together in a pot and bring to a boil and serve.
