STICKY RICE WITH COCONUT CREAM CUSTARD

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • Sticky rice with coconut sauce (see recipe below)


Technique

  • To make custard mix ingredients together in a bowl until sugar is dissolved.
  • Bake custard in pan of water in oven at 350 degrees.
  • When done serve next to sticky rice with coconut sauce.
