STICKY RICE WITH COCONUT CREAM CUSTARD
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- Sticky rice with coconut sauce (see recipe below)
Technique
- To make custard mix ingredients together in a bowl until sugar is dissolved.
- Bake custard in pan of water in oven at 350 degrees.
- When done serve next to sticky rice with coconut sauce.
