PORK FRIED RICE
Ingredients
- 8 cups cold cooked jasmine rice
- 8T vegetable oil
- 15 cloves ground and mashed
- 1lb pork cut into thin strips
- 3 eggs
- 4T soy sauce
- 1T fish sauce
- 1 t white pepper
- 12 scallions
- 4T brown sugar
Technique
- Heat wok up and add oil so that oil rolls all around sides. Add garlic and stir fry til golden. Then add pork.
- Add eggs and stir fry until eggs are done.
- Add rice and continue to stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add rest of ingredients and cook for 1 more minute.
- Transfer to serving platter and garnish with cilantro and chili sauce.
