CLASSIC CHILI DIPPING SAUCE
Ingredients
- 6 Tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons Thai fish sauce
- 6 small Thai chilies or 3 serrano chilies, finely chopped
- 1 small clove garlic
Technique
- Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and serve.
- Covered and refrigerated this sauce will keep for 2 weeks.
