Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 clove garlic (chopped)


Technique

  • Heat sauté pan and add olive oil and garlic
  • Then add vegetables, salt, pepper and stir
