Ingredients
- 1/2 lbs. Pasta
- 1 Tablespoon SaltButter
- Olive Oil or Butter
Technique
- Bring a covered pot of water to a rolling boil
- Add 1 Tablespoon of salt
- Add pasta and stir
- After 5 minutes taste for doneness. It should be "al dente"
- When done drain well and transfer to bowl
- Add some olive oil or butter to prevent sticking
- Note: If you are making cold pasta salad, rinse with cold water before adding olive oil to pasta
