PASTA DOUGH

Regular Pasta Dough:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ½ teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 1/3 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup flour for dusting

Place the eggs, and oil into bowl and process. Add flour and process til ball forms.


Spinach Pasta DOugh:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 pound fresh spinach
Place the eggs, spinach and oil into bowl and process. Add flour and process til ball forms.
